Sarah Holman

Sarah Holman is the Finance and Human Resources Manager for Fourstar. Sarah has worked at Fourstar for 14 years, starting out as an Accounts Payable Clerk. She has moved up the ladder in her career by hard work and dedication. She has participated in training seminars such as Bullet Proof Manager, Project Management, and Value Opportunity Profile (VOP). In her HR role, Sarah oversees and is involved in all hiring and training throughout the company. Fourstar was awarded a training grant from the state, which Sarah manages.

Sarah acts as a liaison between Fourstar’s Finance Department and their CPA, Steven White & Associates. She handles all the bookkeeping transactions utilizing the company’s operating system, Sage 100, and administers monthly and annual budgeting, as well as payroll. Fourstar recently entered into a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) relationship with ADP TotalSource. This new payroll system offers additional HR support and a more competitive benefits package to Fourstar employees. Sarah also assists in providing financial information to the CPA for year-end financials.

In her spare time Sarah enjoys her role as wife and mother to four children. Sarah grew up in Sterling, MA, where she still resides with her family.
